Stop Asian Hate
As All Angels’ leadership, we grieve and denounce the subtle discriminations, inequitable structures and overt violence that exists in our culture based on skin color. Given the spike in violence this year targeting Asians and Asian Americans, we want to acknowledge and support our sisters and brothers who bear the brunt of this evil.
In Response to Asian American
and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Hate
Are you a member of the AAPI community and worried about safely commuting to church?
In light of the 833% increase in anti-Asian hate crimes in NYC and our upcoming in-person Sunday Worship offerings, we want to offer alternatives for any who may have safety concerns about commuting in to All Angels’. In response, please:
email firstname.lastname@example.org to be reimbursed for Uber/Lyft, etc.
email email@example.com to fund a ride for someone else

We want to be growing as a community in our awareness of race-based injustice in our culture and in our honesty about the ways that inequities based on white privilege are operative at All Angels’. We want to be listening together as God’s children and working for change. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get involved.
