6th – 12th Grade

Beginning in sixth grade, youth participate fully in our morning service. Following our church-wide coffee time, they join our Junior High (grades 6-8) or Senior High (grades 9-12) Youth Group from 11:30am-12:30pm for faith-building teaching that allows space for meaningful dialogue, honest questioning, and light-hearted interactions among peers and teachers.

Youth are essential participants of our Sunday gatherings each week. They participate in nearly every aspect in the Sunday morning service – everything from ushering to assisting Storytellers during Children’s worship. We strive to equip and encourage youth to experience their faith in action through serving others and in witnessing the power of Jesus in every kind of life, regardless of age, race, or socio-economic status.

Monthly Worship Night, missions trips, community service, overnight retreat lock-ins, winter weekend retreats, fellowship nights, and church-wide leadership opportunities enhance our Sunday offerings by providing our youth with opportunities to strengthen their faith, grow in community, serve others, and mature as Christians within a well-shepherded, diverse, highly-relational community.
