Missions
Scope and Aim of the Missions Program
Missions encompasses all activities supported by the church both outside of and within its parish ministry whose primary purpose is the fulfillment of the Great Commission. The aim of the missions program is twofold:
- to give spiritual and material support to the church’s missionary endeavors
- to bring the congregation into as close a relationship to the church’s outreach as is possible, so that the whole body is inspired by the effort and supports it.
